Sue and Chris Alison and their daughter Phoebe, who established the highly regarded, iconic seaside cafe are restocking the store, delicatessen and liquor sections. The cafe is producing all the old favourites and a few new surprises.
The commitment to excellent coffee continues with Toby's Estate Woolloomooloo blend.
Where possible all food is sourced locally and produced in house. Fresh local fish, smoked bacon, seasonal fruit and vegetables are from the surrounding area and even the Alison's own garden.
Sauces, marinades, jams, specialty breads, cakes, biscuits and pastry are made on the premises.

Belinda brought a wealth of hospitality management to the plate, while Mum – Glenda, brought her skills from the financial world. In 2009, Brother John returned from his travels to join the team and become a partner in the family business. Like the final touches of garnish, John brought a wealth of hospitality experience and a delightful spirit to the Bunter team. The overwhelming passion for good food and wine has seen Supply (now licenced) flourish beyond expectation, and there is no doubt that it will continue to do so for many years to come.

The club can cater for functions from 20 to 500 guests, and is perfect for boardroom events, meetings, cocktail parties and weddings. Tailor made food and beverage packages can be discussed with the dedicated functions team.
Sussex Inlet is on the South Coast of NSW, just over 3 hours drive from Sydney. It is a popular fishing, boating and swimming destination.
– Members and visitors are welcome to Sussex RSL. The club services a wide community, with dining and bar facilities, entertainment and bowling green. Sussex Shores RSL Units are adjacent, providing 3.5 star accommodation suitable for couples and families - all this in a picturesque and peaceful waterfront position.
Bamboo River Restaurant is open from Wednesdays through Sundays for lunch and dinner, serving fine Asian and Australian cuisine. The Bistro is open daily for lunch and dinner offering a varied and affordable menu. Each weekend the club provides live entertainment in the Lounge Bar. You can view your favourite sport, have a flutter on the horses and enjoy a tap beer, or quality wine in the Sports Bar.
